Trainer: Ms. Suthasinee Back (Kriengsakpichit) is currently Managing Director of Trio Communications Co., Ltd. which provides communications consulting and training services to both local and international clients.
After returning from the United States of America as an exchange student under the American Field Service Program (AFS), Ms. Back studied at the Faculty of Arts, Chulalongkorn University, and received her bachelor’s degree in English with first class honor. Two years later, she furthered her studies at Southern Illinois University, U.S.A., and received her master’s degree in Business Education.
Ms. Back’s extensive experience includes both educational and communications fields. In the educational field, she was Chairperson of the Secretarial Science Department at Bangkok University as well as lecturer and administrative assistant at American University League in Yokohama, Japan. In addition, she has been working as facilitator and invited as guest speaker on the following subjects: effective communication, business writing, writing for PR and marketing, presentation skills, cross cultural communication, personality development, time management, etc. for private and public sectors for over 20 years.
Her experience in the field of communications spans over 15 years. She was Head of Public Relations Department at Bangkok University, Communications Specialist at IBM Thailand, and Managing Director of her first company, Communications Consulting International (CCI). CCI provided communications consulting service to both local and international clients such as the Premier Group of Companies, IBM Thailand, Hewlett-Packard, AMD, Seagate Technology (Thailand), CocaCola (Thailand), Royal Resources (Perrier, Minere), etc.
Apart from running her business, Ms. Back has joined the following non-profit organizations so that she can make contributions to various groups of people in the Thai society:
- The Rotary Club of Bangkapi (She served as president, honorary secretary, sergeant-at-arms in the past. Presently, she is Chairperson of the PR Committee.)
- The Women Secretaries’ Association of Thailand (She served as Vice President for Internal Affairs, Education Chairperson and Program Chairperson.)
- Social Venture Network (She has been a regular member of this organization.)
